The Lake Social Club was created with the intention of community building around the concepts of fun, delight + mindful pleasure. Join us for some low stakes, high social reward mindful group activities in + around Kingston starting early 2023. We’re talking: cold plunges, trivia, bowling, karaoke, roller skating, book club, running / walking club, pickleball – you name it, we’re probably game.

✳️ After a successful vision boarding night in December at The Lake, our wonderful friend Sasha (@birdgirlarts) offered to host this vision board meet-up in her gorgeous + roomy artist studio space ☁️
✳️ Supplies were provided including poster board, scissors, glue + magazines for cutting up. Lavender tea will be served. The Lake offered Parchnon-alcoholic drinks.

Bar Petunia wants to add a de-alcoholised wine to their menu & The Lake has offered to help!
On Wednesday, January 31st, from 7 pm to 9 pm at Bar Petunia in Gananoque.
Each guest was offered a wine flight featuring 4 reds and 1 white. Guests ranked each wine and provided feedback to help decide which wine would be added to the bar's menu!
