Le mélange alléchant de piments Bird’s Eye, Scotch Bonnet, Aji Panca et Chiltepin apporte une chaleur puissante, tandis que la cannelle et la menthe de l’Euphrate créent une subtile sensation de fraîcheur et un picotement agréable. Tous sont infusés sous forme de plantes entières dans du brandy à haute résistance, une base savoureuse qui rappelle les racines du Wisconsin des deux marques. Enfin, le mélange est adouci avec de l'eau de rose et du sel marin.
À l'Ace Hotel de Chicago, Leslie Kirchhoff, propriétaire de Disco Cubes, a découvert un produit Bittercube et a remarqué son code postal à Milwaukee. Désireuse de s'associer avec une entreprise de sa ville natale, elle a tendu la main pour planter les graines d'une collaboration. La conception du produit est le fruit d'un effort de collaboration entre l'équipe Disco Cubes et Bittercube, et le produit final n'aurait pas pris forme sans la contribution créative de toutes les personnes impliquées.
