Produced in limited quantities using all-natural ingredients at Monday's craft distillery in San Diego, California, this non-alcoholic gin is perfect when mixed with punchy Indian-style tonics, flavoured tonics like elderflower and orange blossom, or soda water and fresh citrus.
Monday's NA Gin is perfect for adding a zero-proof twist to classic cocktails like G&T, gimlet, negroni, French 75, gin fizz, and bramble. The scent of this gin is predominantly juniper with strong notes of bitter lemon, grapefruit, and coriander. The complex finish gradually develops a subtle heat.
Taste Notes
The nose is bold and juniper-forward in classic London dry fashion. On the palate, strong juniper throughout is accompanied by notes of bitter lemon and grapefruit with a hint of coriander. It finishes long with complexity and heat that develops over time.
