Cafelimo is a sparkling, energizing beverage made from cold-brewed coffee and lemonade. This original and refreshing lemon-based recipe was created by Café Paquebot, an independent café on Bélanger Street in Montreal, in 2016. Café Paquebot was the first café on the island of Montreal to offer NITRO COLD BREW, and the spot quickly became a favourite for locals.
