    Maude's vibrating Cone is a simple 3-speed vibrating anal plug with a tapered shape and flared base.

    Care

    Charging: Plug your charging cable into a USB wall adapter. When your Cone is charging, the light is on and fades in and out. The Cone is charged and ready to be used when the light goes off.

    It is recommended to charge your Cone after every use to extend its lifespan.

    Your Cone will arrive in travel mode to ensure it won't turn on during shipping. Travel mode prevents the Cone from turning on or charging. To deactivate the travel mode you need to hold down the power button for three seconds until you feel two quick pulses. 

    Before use, charge your Cone for a full two hours.

    Run time: 1-1.5 hours (highest speed) 2-2.5hours (lowest speed)
    Charging time: 1.5-2 hours RPM: 6500-7500r/min

    Cleaning: Clean your Cone before and after every use with mild, unscented hand or dish soap and hot water or any device cleaner.

    Do not use with silicone lubricant

    We are pleased to offer free Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping within Canada for orders of CAD 150 or more (before tax).

    For orders under CAD 150, we offer a flat shipping rates.

    2. Express (CP Xpresspost): 1 to 3 business days, CAD 15.00

    We are not currently offering international shipping outside Canada and the United States.

    Returns

    Our return/exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition, you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

    ⚠ The following items are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

    • Gift cards and sale items.

    • Underwear, Bodysuits and Swimwear
    • B.E.D.s (Body Exploration Devices including vibrators, wands and any other intimate device or lubricant)

    Due to the personal nature of these items, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is in place for sanitary reasons.
