What is Guinep Fruit?
Guinep, also known as Spanish lime, mamoncillo, or quenepa, is a tropical fruit native to the Caribbean and parts of Central and South America. It features a thin, green rind encasing a juicy, translucent pulp that is sweet and tangy, with a flavour reminiscent of lime and lychee.
