Saint Viviana wines are the result of a year-long process in which a panel of winemakers and sommeliers tasted dozens of wines from all over the Pacific Northwest until they found the winners. Saint Viviana is a wine created only using high-quality ingredients, resulting in a delicious wine with more tannin than most de-alcoholized wines.
The Saint Viviana Cabernet Sauvignon has a lively, ripe blackberry and plum aroma with coffee, vanilla, and toast notes. On the palate, the fruit flavours persist with blackcurrant, dark cherry, and hints of baking spices. The wine is renowned for its rich ripeness, cocoa powder finish, and a strong tannin structure that refreshes the palate.
