    CANADIAN SHIPPING RATES

    We are pleased to offer free Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping within Canada for orders of CAD 150 or more (before tax).

    For orders under CAD 150, we offer a flat shipping rates.

    1. Standard (C.P. Expedited): 4 to 9 business days, CAD 9.00
    2. Express (CP Xpresspost): 1 to 3 business days, CAD 15.00

    US SHIPPING RATES

    We are pleased to offer free Canada Post Expedited U.S.A. shipping within the continental U.S.A. on orders of CAD 150 or more (before tax).

    1. Standard: 5 to 9 business days, CAD 9.00

    ⚠ Additional duties may apply upon arrival. The Lake is not responsible for these additional costs.

    We are not currently offering international shipping outside Canada and the United States.

    Returns

    Our return/exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition, you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

    ⚠ The following items are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

    • Gift cards and sale items.
    • Oils,
    • Underwear, Bodysuits and Swimwear
    • B.E.D.s (Body Exploration Devices including vibrators, wands and any other intimate device or lubricant)

    Due to the personal nature of these items, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is in place for sanitary reasons.
